What information should I provide for you to send me an estimate?
We only ask your e-mail, name, number of guests and type of ceremony (civil, religious or symbolic).

I requested information from you and haven’t got an answer, what shall I do?
All our mails are answered in less than 24 hours, so we recommend you to check your bulk/spam folder since those mails go there in occasions. We also recommend you to check that your e-mail address is properly written.

I got an estimate but I don’t understand it —different prices appear on it
If you look at it, three packages are shown first. Those packages will give the couples a general idea of our range of services. This way, the bride and groom can change them and make a single package to be priced; every wedding is totally different, because our preferences and our ideal dream are unique.
Several options for the reception are shown, too, explaining briefly what does every location offer and its price.
In order to know the total amount of the wedding, you just have to add up the Precious Package to the location for the reception of your interest.

What types of work does Bodas Huatulco offer?
Bodas Huatulco offers two working plans. The first one is an everything-included plan through our packages, which include coordinating the event; this one is highly recommended for those couples who don’t live near Huatulco Bays or don’t have the time to keep checking the suppliers. Our second option consists only in coordinating the event; in case you are interested in this option, you may consult our packages.

How long in advance should I book my date?
We recommend from one year to 6 months before the wedding. This way, you allow us to work all the services desired. If your date is too soon, we can organize it; however, it can get a little complicated since there are reservations.

What do I need to do to book my event?
First, you have to talk us about your wedding dream, choose the date, number of guests and, above all, the location. Later, you pay us 25% in advance, and sign a contract.

How many events do you carry out per day?
Just one; because our best interest is to make your dream come true, we only commit ourselves to one event per day —and thus we guarantee that we’ll make your dream come true.

Can I attend an event coordinated by Bodas Huatulco?
Yes, we have no problem with it.

What locations do you offer for the reception?
We have agreements with every 5-star hotel —even locations outside this range. We can explain you the advantages and drawbacks of every place.

If I contact directly a hotel, are the prices still the same?
Yes, but sometimes we can get better fees due to the agreements and relations we have.

Do you coordinate weddings outside of Huatulco Bays?
Yes. If you are interested in this option, don’t hesitate in contacting us.
